Martha’s Vineyard
This series was photographed on film in Martha’s Vineyard.
It is a study of texture, memory, and what the landscape leaves behind—on sand, on objects, on the body. I was drawn to the quiet evidence of presence: sea grass bent by wind, shells arranged like offerings, seaweed tangled into natural forms, cliffs marked by time, and skin carrying the shoreline back with it.
Photographed in black and white, the images move between landscape and intimacy. Together, they speak to erosion, tenderness, and belonging.
